                                                      @piegames Tuwunel, Element (desktop) / FluffyChat (iOS) / ElementX (android). set the server up some time in March, use it for 1:1 DMs, group DMS and a few spaces. it's not a single-user homeserver, I've got a few folks on here. one of the things I noticed when I set it up was that "Unable to decrypt message." just...... never ever ever happened to me, that was the joke of Matrix apparently. But then.... I am probably an unrealistic user type, I mean I get my selfhosted email server to deliver to fucking gmail, so I'm clearly selfhosting georg, a statistical outlier who should not be counted

Make it easier to recover from desyncs, split brains, and migrate accounts or servers 3. Focus on the needs of mid-sized communities, especially in terms of moderation tooling. Too much of it is an afterthought, left for the community to pick up the pieces
